Our Group training are divided in three categories. This helps you to find classes you already like and to introduce to others that you perhaps have not yet discovered.
Power Yoga describes a vigorous approach style of Yoga called Vinayasa. The word "power" shows the intensity that involves this type of Yoga. Most of the Power Yoga exercises are modeled on the style Ashtaga. The Power Yoga style use Ashtaga Vinayasa positions. Vinayasa positions are the positions of the basic Yoga classes. Unlike other forms of Yoga, Power Yoga does not follow a certain pattern. This means that Power Yoga classes can differ from one another (they have in common the focus on strength and flexibility). This variety is the main difference between this form of Yoga and others.
Power Yoga helps increase strength and flexibility. It also helps to increase resistance. Various positions within the Power Yoga classes make it a physical, mental and emotional challenge. During this class you will experience the environment and the fundamental techniques of indoor cycling. You do not need much experience, but we encourage you to participate prior at least one class of "Cycling-Intro”.
"Cycling" is recommended for all levels. Heart rate 65-90%.
